To get a loan you require will some documentation.
Most
banks will ask for:
- Proof of Income
If you
are on wages (PAYG)
  -> 2 most recent payslips
  -> last 2 years group certificates or tax assessment notices
Self Employed
  -> Last 2 years financials (personal and business)
  -> Last 2 years tax assessment notices
- Proof of Deposit
6 months bank statements showing savings
- Identification
  -> Copies of passport
or birth certificate
  -> Copy of drivers licence
  -> Copy of credit card, medicare card, or other ID

- Other
  -> Buying a house
or land? A copy of the offer and acceptance
  -> Refinancing your loan? 6 months bank statement of your
existing loan
  -> Building a house? A copy of the building contracts and
plans
What if I don't have all the documents??
-> That's OK - but we will need them at some stage.
For an accurate assessment of your loan options we will need to see the documents.
And the banks will not process your loan without all the documentation.
